Anyone else firing up a grill or smoker tonight?

Wife bought a chuck roast this week, not necessarily for the smoker. I volunteered to smoke it, treating it like Brisket, since it comes off the cow directly adjacent. Good news is that since it is smaller than a full-packer, it doesn't need 14 hours. Apple wood providing the smoke.
