It's WARM here in the Southeast. Like, really WARM. Okay, It's hotter than Satan's butt-crack on a grill, but I digress.
I will be cooking outside tonight, on my grilling porch. Using charcoal, as nature intended.
I have a Wagyu Ribeye (again, thanks to @TigerJR) for me, a Salmon Fillet for the wife.
