Had an idea, not sure how great it was.

Making Sandwiches out of Bulgogi (grilled over charcoal & mesquite chunks), topped with a sweet, vinegary Asian-Inspired slaw dressed in an old recipe of my Mother's. Here's the Bulgogi ("fire meat") recipe:
