Putting on some 80/20 burgers shortly. Colby Jack and Pepper Jack slices to top. Bacon, lettuce, tomato and onion to augment.
Will get more interesting tomorrow, as I will be grilling Gai Yang (a Thai grilled chicken to serve over an asian-inspired salad)...
