Grilled/Smoked (set up the Weber Grill way offset) Chicken Breast "Tenderloins" Wednesday, to serve over a Southwest Salad based on this recipe:



Same approach for some Country Style Ribs last night.

Got a small (9.33 lbs.) Brisket that will go on the 23" WSM shortly after dawn tomorrow.
