Wait, wut? It's not the weekend?

As a retiree, it's easy to lose track.

I have a nice "half log' of Boar's Head Garlic Bologna and a Wagyu Sirloin Tip Roast that will cover a couple of days.

Going full-on Greer 'Neck and smoking the 'baloney' tonight. Will slice thick and make baloney sammidges, roughly imitating Greenville's "Mike and Jeff's BBQ" offering.
