OT: Weekend Outdoor Cooking Thread...

As usual, I'm keeping the grill/smoker hot, weekend or no.

Tonight is "Flanken Cut" beef short ribs. Seasoned simply with Myron Mixon's all-purpose BBQ Rub. Grilling over charcoal and chunks of pecan wood. Cooking on the Weber Performer, way offset.

No idea what the remainder of the weekend brings. As I've stated previously, the wife brings it home, I cook it.







Alternative that I considered, before going the easy route....
