Cooking outside tonight more out of necessity than desire. No power, and it may be the better part of a week before we get it back.
Have a couple of Bison Tenderloins and some Jalapeno/Cheddar Sausage. Will also be doing the "baked" potatoes on the coals.
I would much prefer to be doing this by choice, rather than necessity.
