Cooking a half bone-in turkey breast. It's just me and the wife, so half is plenty. Setting up the Weber Performer way offset, with charcoal and chunks of apple and cherry wood.

Last night was a nice, thick Wagyu Ribeye (just got another shipment from Snake River Farms).

Anyone else fogging up their neighborhoods this weekend?
