Who plans to commit some low-level arson on some tasty foods this weekend?
Nothing on the coals for me tonight, wife is doing a homemade pizza in the oven. I have, however, set up the 23" WSM to light before my first cuppa in the a.m. Got a 6 lb. pork butt to go on early (the Teet was running a sale, and my wife can't resist a bargain).
