Who else will be perfuming their neighborhood and making the poor bastards jealous tonight?


Will be firing up the chimney starter with natural lump charcoal and chunks of pecan wood in a bit. Have a couple of Filets (SRF Wagyu, ordered the 2" thick) to be reverse seared. They look fantastic with some beautiful, very fine marbling, unlike most filets that have so little fat. And we all know fat = flavor.


Anyone else fogging up their 'hood tonight?
