Again, grilling out of necessity, rather than need....sorta. Threw some Wagyu and Bison cuts in the cooler last Friday when the power went out. Had 'em covered in ice since.
Grilling a Wagyu Denver Steak (thanks @TigerJR....sadly, it's the last of my Wagyu) and a Bison Sirloin tonight.
