P.J. Blue - 4 star, 5.9, LB out of Alabama

I know recruiting out of bama area is about impossible, yet how did the chickens land this kid for 2016. He's ranked 4th in state by rivals. Have neither Bama or Auburn gone after him or are that many red flags or is he just over rated by rivals?
