My wife and I are looking at potentially getting a place in Clemson to use as a second home. Mostly for football weekends. Maybe if the kids eventually attend Clemson then they could live there as well.
We anticipated trying to get something within walking distance of campus, but recently went through Patrick Square and were impressed. Does anyone on here live or work there and have an opinion on the community? I searched the board for prior threads and didn’t see much.
We didn’t go through at a particularly busy time, but I was expecting to see more patrons at the nearby businesses. It made me wonder about the long-term prospects of those establishments and how devastating it be for the residents and home values if they didn’t make it. So that’s a concern I have.
