I made a bunch of pimento cheese yesterday (came out AWESOME). Put some on my burger yesterday and it was great. Was wondering what else I could use the rest for. I’ve seen pimento grits - which I will try tomorrow morning. Also had the idea of stuffing half jalapeños and stuffing them with the pimento cheese and wrapping them in bacon. I would then smoke ‘em.
