Obviously the only thing that matters is on-field results. But Tom Allen is winning the press conference for me. Dude sounds like he knows ball, has a plan, likes to be aggressive/attacking/multiple and is ready to get after it. Also appropriate gravelly DC voice. At least reminds me of Venables with the way he communicates.
