Priebus out, Kelly in as Chief of Staff

Truly though this is why I voted for the guy. The republicans hated him and the democrats hated him. The media hates him. Everyone will join forces to stop anything he tries to do. So at worst we are where we were at the end of obamas terms when trump is done.

Had Hillary won things would be much worse already and only get worse.

Now hopefully we have actual good candidates run in a couple of years and we can get better as a country.

I don't think anyone has to join forces to stop Trump. He's doing a pretty good job of that all by himself.

AND I'M A REPUBLICAN!

I respect this post. Many simply believed he'd be a better option than Hilary. That things would actually be much worse for the country under her watch. They don't argue that he's doing a great job. They don't defend his foolish behavior. They just state that Hilary was an even worse option. Whether you disagree or not it's plausible that things could be worse. And then closing out the post with the acknowledgement that neither were ideal candidates and both parties need to do better.

My man (insert Denzel gif)

Standing ovation for not so common sense. Fair and balanced right here. Thank you.

John Kelly is an excellent choice.

... but can he stop Trump from shooting himself in the foot. If someone took trumps phone away and made him read off a teleprompter when he talked trump would likely have 55% approval rating right now.

Reality TV at the White House. Meanwhile, North Korea and Russia grow bolder and bolder.

Sure hope Trump signs that sanctions bill on his desk first thing Monday morning and sends a message.

He doesn't have a choice. It's veto-proof.

Wrong. Trump is playing 3D chess.

Trump just dropped a nuke bomb on GOP and it was a glorious mushroom cloud.

Folks, fellow Trump supporters, The Civil War has begun. It's the time we've all been waiting for. It's "Go" time.

With a steady stream of leaks being reported to the media every other day, at the steady drip rate that has been taking place, any objective person can see that there is a clear "hit" out on this administration. With so many people clearly trying to prevent this president from even beginning to govern, that should concern any American, in my opinion. All of the back-stabbing going on just makes me want to support this president as much as any person that wants this country to have successful leadership that benefits all citizens. As an American citizen, the clear undermining of our government bothers me more than anything.

There is a lot of Republican and Democratic mess in Washington that needs to be flushed. It's a rat's nest that needs to be cleared. And as unlikely as it seems, Donald Trump just might be the guy with the rock salt loaded scatter gun to do the clearing. Hopefully Gen. John Kelly can be helpful. Something needs to happen.

You are so right. They are doing such a good job getting legislation passed. Tax reform? Done. ACA repeal? Done. Funds to build his wall? Done.

Oh judging someone after a few months...I am sure you are still a big fan of ACA and it's been amazing for you. People who expect him to get shot done overnight crack me up when Obama was a nightmare for 8 years but no one cares

Trump's Presidency is over 6 months into it.

Maverick dealt him a Waterloo moment. Trump is more naive than Obama was. You cannot steam roll Senators. You need them. Or your agenda fails. His has failed.

3 more years of gridlock.

I'm with you. You're spot on. Problem is the same nonsense you described was happening to the last guy. Did you notice it the past 8yrs? The issue is people only see it when it's done to their guy. Since I don't have a dog in the fight I can see clearly. I'm for America. Most of these folks aren't but y'all out here diehard for them. The republicans aren't for you, neither are the democrats and neither is Trump. They're all for themselves. I examine the system and I learn the rules and i try to win within that system. Many of you have managed to be successful no matter who's in that house. I understand we have our individual beliefs but everyone stop going so hard for these clowns. Somehow, someway the people need to figure out how to win without the leadership. And if there is ever good leadership then that's icing on the cake. The rest of this talk is nonsense. Just stop it. Everyone.

We're in here arguing while every single one of them winning.

This is where someone responds with how it's the same but Trump's treatment is worse. Completely missing the point.

He signed it tonight which is a good thing but why release that positive info on late Friday night when bad news is typically let out?

I guess that's what happens when you hire a Wall Street guy to run communications.

You see. You don't get it.

The media doesn't run Trump. Trump now runs the media. Watch any of the news channels. They lead off with every single one of his tweets. His message, direct to the people.

Although the media despises not being able to control and manipulate the message, they are forced to cover his tweets because they are of course newsworthy. He has made the media his puppets.

If you think about it, it is really some 3D chess.
