If you want a real non stick pan, get a D&W pan. My mom (80 year lifelong cook) told me about them and it sounded too good to be true. I bought the 11" sauce pan at TJMaxx and just cooked bacon, eggs, and gravy. 100% non stick. Easiest dish ever to clean. My expensive clad pans will now stay in the cabinet the rest of their lives. $16 for the pan. Not sure how TJMaxx has them so cheap but mine is perfect.
