At this point in the season we are what we are.. This projection doesn't take into account personnel available or unavailable... It also gives CLEMSON a slight bump due to home field advantage.
Not a ton of observations on this projection - but note that despite giving SCAR more points, it projects CLEMSON with more offensive yardage, first downs, etc. That's a good sign for us.
Our offense vs Scar defense is a very even matchup on paper. Both are the strengths of the team.
But to me, and I'm often wrong, our defense needs to step it up and big-time overachieve for us to walk away with a win. Play fast, physical and with a friggin attitude. Either way - very close game projected so buckle up!
Some other projections that affect CLEMSON and our position in the possible playoff...
First - Friday night games:
(11) Boise State 49 - Oregon State 21
(14) Ole Miss 52 - Miss State 14
(7) Georgia 32 - Georgia Tech 17
Saturday's Games:
Louisville 27 - Kentucky 20
(2) Ohio State 32 - Michigan 10
(8) Tennessee 28 - Vanderbilt 15
(9) SMU 32 - California 21 (VERY even offensive stats projected - upset alert?)
(6) Miami 45 - Syracuse 29
(5) Notre Dame 32 - USC 14
(13) Alabama 35 - Auburn 16 (oddly - Alabama projected to have only 30 more yards on offense)
Florida 28 - FSU 14
(10) Indiana 67 - Purdue 10
(1) Oregon 31 - Washington 13
(3) Texas 30 - (20) TAMU 15
