i was recently told how another site does their 5 star ratings.(I believe I understood it correctly)
They give 32 players a 5 star billing to represent the first round of the NFL draft.
I thought it was neat
My question to you guys, what's the qualifications for a 5 star billing for rivals? I'm sure it's been dicussed? Off season talk I guess
