Very disappointing loss tonight for what has been a very fun season thus far. Need some help with Xs and Os types...why does it seem like every game we play, win or lose, we have one guy on the other team who goes nuclear and keeps his team in the game with us for long periods of time? I would think that 10 minutes into the game, the coaches could read what's happening on the floor, call timeout, and say that we're going to make someone other than Sideshow Bob beat us. Granted, I know it's not as easy as saying go out there and stop Kobe from scoring. The great ones find a way to get theirs, but for as solid as we are typically on defense with guys like Zachary and Chase, how do we let these players go off on a nightly basis without switching our defense up to try and make life hard on whoever is pumping in shots that night?

I feel like every game I'm watching someone on the opposing team do a Vinnie The Microwave Johnson routine on us. Maybe that's just the homer in me, as someone has to score in any game. Maybe I'm still traumatized by Wayne Ellington throwing stuff in blindfolded from halfcourt in a close game. Would love some feedback from people who know the game. I certainly don't have the ability to get up on the board and diagram defenses.
