Is it “normal” / allowed to have the visiting teams staff wipe/ clean the playing surface on their home opponents court? It appeared that Duke would send their guys out and have them take a long time so they could garner an extra “timeout”. It kind of pissed me off as it seemed arrogant rather than helpful.
