1. Are these truly registered agents or just using this term for anyone negotiating on the players behalf (family friend, relative, etc)
2. Are these agents just involved while they are college athletes (i.e. no obligation to use them when/if they become pro athletes)?
3. Are these players signing contracts with these “agents” for these college deals.
4. If they transfer more than once, do these contracts require them to use the same agent or is the agent just used for one specific negotiation.
So many more questions, but these are the first few that came to mind.
