There may soon be rankings-bumps for two Clemson basketball commits.
This from Rivals.com hoops analyst Rob Cassidy in a note earlier this morning:
"I was really impressed by Clemson commit Ian Schieffelin during the Georgia Elite Fall League in Atlanta. The 6-foot-8 forward does a number of things relatively well and impacts a game in multiple ways. In one fall league game, he stood toe-to-toe with five-star Auburn commit Jabari Smith and held his own for the entirety of the game.
"Schieffelin is becoming a more consistent shooter and has always had a knack for instinctual positioning when it comes to rebounding.
"The future Tiger should slide in the back end of the Rivals150 next month."
And then this from Rivals.com hoops analyst Russ Wood this morning as well:
"For me it is Lucas Taylor out of Heritage High School (Wake Forest, NC). He is a big 2-guard at 6-foot-6, 185-pounds and a 6-foot-9 wingspan. Taylor is a long, athletic and a very capable shot-maker with great positional size. He has a good feel for the game and some versatility.
"A bit of a late bloomer, Taylor has a great work ethic, a good looking jumper and can defend one through three.
"Clemson reached into the Hoop State and got a steal."
