My concern is with Riley's ability to call under pressure, see red zone. More concerning to me, however, is the leader in charge of the defense. I don't care what the stats say... Goodwin is not the personality needed for the defense of this program. There is no fire on that side since he took over. He may well be a great technical guy, one that should be involved with the defense. But, when a personality like his runs the defense, you get the following quotes from his position star - after getting mauled by the Miami oline - "I'm proud of our effort and our will to win."

Could you imagine one of BVs captains saying some horseshit like that after that game?! Hell no. Boulware, Skalski?? They would've been eating nails in that press conference. THAT is the difference in this program right now. There is no debating that.
