OP doesn't know that you have to sign the bill to know what's in it.
It is interesting how much he has gotten done with a Republican senate. Honestly been a few bipartisan things passed. That's good to see.

Basically a party line vote on this fiasco. Cannot put it on the gop.
Just checked and confirmed that it indeed was a fully party line vote in both chambers. I had not confirmed what the house vote was before that post but knew based on history that most votes nowadays are basically party line for the most part.

Yeah, I was curious about the contents of it and it was a big letdown when it comes to actually making a dent against inflation. The ability of Medicare to negotiate drug prices for 20 drugs (increasing the number each year) may help Medicare recipients a bit. The rest was simply the Dems agenda (clean energy, et.) misrepresented as inflation fighting items. So, it was a light version of the “build better” or whatever the name was renamed to sound like it was helping with inflation…
A Republican senate???? Are you serious? It’s 50/50 and Biden/Harris control the deciding vote. Reading your post this week and now this shows me just how clueless you are!
