I have no doubt that medicine works for your son and am glad that he found something that works for him.

I think there are many more cases that are not as obvious and even a lot of cases where (older) kids will feign symptoms in order to get the medicine. College students know exactly what to say to get the medicine even though they may not necessarily need it. Adderall helps me bigly even though im not adhd. I think thats what people are observing, is that we are over prescribed.

Agree with the older group. I don’t have ADD and did perfectly fine in school prior to college. But adderall certainly helped me cram and test in college, which allowed me to skip weeks of school at a time lol.

Computers are an interesting theory. No doubt that computers and Wi-fi have seen exponential growth that could align with the increase in autism. Certainly worth looking into.

I'm just saying that things we put in our bodies could be a cause also. I think it's obvious that we have no idea what causes Autism, cancer, and some other ailments and I don't think you can rule any of those things out.

For years and billions of dollars spent, researchers looked at the amyloid plaques as a cause of Alzheimers. Now they are not so certain and even found that the reason they were looking at those facts was based on a flawed study.

I think it would be very short-sighted to rule out vaccines, food, computers, wi-fi or any other reason. The only thing we are sure of is that autism is being diagnosed at a much higher rate than at any point in history.

Until Cruise et al are proven wrong, i think it's wrong to totally dismiss them just because their ideas are wacky.

i don't know what you are trying to convey. I will tell you for certain though, no one of any real seriousness is going to look into it based off Tom Cruise interview from like 15 years ago.

I'm not sure how old Tom Cruise was when that was filmed, but it looks like he may not have been opposed to some testosterone therapy drugs himself. Those biceps were unnaturally big.
