WHOAH! Glenn Youngkin's executive order requires election officials to ensure that "no ballot-counting machines are connected to the internet" and that ballots won't be counted unless the voter's social security and birthday match what's in the system

This is a BOLD line because it tells me Youngkin is paying attention to what the "conspiracy theorists" have been CORRECTLY saying about the machines for the last four years
