A couple of nuggets following Friday night's "All-In Cookout":

We caught up earlier with Seabrook (S.C.) Whale Branch four-star defensive tackle Nyles Pinckney.

Pinckney said he had a great time being around everybody, and in particular he spent considerable time with freshman defensive tackle Sterling Johnson. He reiterated several times how he liked the "home" atmosphere Clemson exudes.

His timeline remains the same. He is planning to visit South Carolina for its pool party Friday and still wants to get to Georgia and Georgia Tech before rendering a decision early this fall.

The majority of Cookout attendees spent the night Friday and hung out late into the night with current players.

Hence they are still on campus and not expected to check out till after lunch time.

In speaking with a contact close to the prospect, we can tell you that Wichita (Kan.) East four-star defensive end Xavier Kelly thoroughly enjoyed his experience last night. Likewise, another source tells us that Vienna (Ga.) Dooly County four-star defensive end Antonneous Clayton and his family had a fun time.

Roswell (Ga.) four-star linebacker Tre Lamar, Clemson's newly minted commitment, remains on campus, as his mother will be taking a facilities tour that Lamar and his father have already been on.

We will have plenty more returns ... wait for it ... in the Monday Insider, as well publish the exit interviews for several attendees in the coming week.
