Why do these 2 sports who have the opportunity to get the BEST 8 to OKC and OMAHA not utilize their ability to do so?

(1) A&M goes down and now Liberty or (16) Oregon will be going to OKC.
There were 4 of the 16 ( 1, 10, 13, 14) seeds to go down. Why not reseed? The top teams have earned the right for every advantage afforded.
(This isn’t a Clemson bitch fest. Clemson would only move 2 spots as 2 of the top seeds were above (11). Clemson would drop down to (9) to play a reseeded (8) @UCLA. Travel isn’t an issue, UCLA is coming to Cocks so this was already set for this length of travel. )
