Democrats at last count over 70 Million Dollars and I heard Republicans got some but much less

I don’t know the exact rules of stolen property to cover every situation , But my understanding is stolen property once identified is to be returned to the original owner

So my thinking is should all the stolen cash from the people be returned

General rules is that fraudulent transfers within a certain time are disgorged and paid into an account for distribution among the defrauded. Not sure how/if the contributions would meet the statutory requirements, but they come darn close. I may be wrong, but i thought some of the contributions were made to the Congressional Oversight Committee that should have investigate. Definitely an indicia of fraudulent intent to buy these politicians off. The politicians should want to make the defrauded whole and not seek political gravitas or a tax deduction by donating the fraudulent funds to a charity of their choice.

i have seen some articles referencing a lot more than 70M. Mentioned near a billion dollars overall.
