My wife had a meeting there today from 8:00am-2:00pm. I felt like I should drive her down at 6:00 am since it was pouring rain and I wanted to be less of a lazy asshole.
But I didn’t want to miss my run. A friend mentioned Columbia Canal and Riverfront Park and I had time to kill.
It was a great flat trail following the 1820 barge canal from downtown all the way to the dam and lock that creates it with good views of the river and rapids also. Out and back a little over 5 miles. My times were 1 min/mile faster just due to a flat course.
Not worth a trip to Cola but nice for when I have to go.
