I know there have been many of threads on boiled p-nuts and I have been a part of most of them. I have boiled p-nuts since I was a young buck and I always stuck to my tried and true methods. Also, I am usually not of fan of the Cromer's brand of boiled -p-nuts., but I was at a brewery the other day and a friend of mine bought a bag of Cromer's Cajun and those things were damn good. (not to hot, but a good addicting spice) I have done flavors after boiling by adding cajun, lemon-pepper, or bbq seasoning in a zip-lok and mixed, but these nuts seemed to be cooked in a cajun brine or something of the kind, because there was no residue on the shell.
I have seen some recipes online, but just curious if someone has a go to for this type p-nut?
