I know this isn't news to many of you by now, but it's at a different level than it was 4-5 years ago when a kid or 2 might switch schools here and there. It's gotten pretty gross and evident just watching Friday Night Hits or whatever local sports in your area (I'm in Upstate). Game scores for a couple years now are mostly BLOWOUTS; looks like ESPN'S ticker scrolling through Womens college hoops. It's usually the poacher school vs school that got poached. Kids in the Upstate are moving to schools over half an hour away from their zone. A bunch of Sptbg kids are playing at Westside; that's probably an hour! Mann and Riverside - who have both sucked forever - are suddenly good; Mann's pretty elite. Riverside used to be a bunch of milk-toast subdvision kids, now they're cussing at opposing teams coaches, fans, and spitting on them lol! Greenville lost a bunch of talent this year but a lot of it was shipped in the previous 5 years (Tyler Brown, etc). There's a Charter school working out of a shut down strip mall in Sptbg that is "sports focused" and they're wearing out schools. It's getting the "bought and paid for" vibe that D-1 NCAA has adopted.
