Having said that, what do you say to all the governors of those states who say FEMA has been on the ball? What do you think those 6000 National guardsmen and 1000 military members are doing - playing Parcheesi? They're saying the area with damages is the size of the state of Massachusetts, which means millions of people have been affected. Do you think it's possible that there are isolated pockets that might not have seen anyone yet due to the massive scale of this unexpected disaster?
