Sorry I don't post on geek forums so i'm wondering if any of you guys have experience with cloud surveillance cameras.
I'm looking at dropcam, fiscal, flir fx etc. I'd rather not pay for a subscription though, but want a cam with good recognition and notification tech. i'm sure there's workaround software for recording the video locally, but is there something that will record events only and would the image quality be equal to that which is stored in the cloud?
any input on makes and models is appreciated.
