Even most of those that dislike Trump acknowledge that Kamala was a historically bad candidate. Very emblematic of the current Democratic Party though.
I believe that you’re correct. What I’m looking forward to out here is the fight between Gavin & Kamala, because the only thing less likely to win than one Bay Area liberal is two on the same ticket. That’s not a winning formula. One’s gotta bow out & I can already see him making moves toward the middle so that he can capture those who probably aren’t full-on MAGA, but weren’t voting for a Harris/Walz ticket.
If things play out, I can see a Vance/Haley ticket for the Republicans.
There will be a very intense battle for the republican potus candidate in 28. Vance probably will be the early favorite. I would be more comfortable with him if he picks a running mate who is from the MAGA wing.
