They are hearing the petitions in conference ya DA, keep going buddy it’s you that will be the fool. They did have to agree to hear these petitions and did not have to do so. The point is the cases are continuing to move through channels and the next step would be oral arguments likely in October like you mentioned because April is too quick and likely full docket.
