Dook versus Houston
Dook has played 12 and 13 seed teams so far.
Houston (last remaining team from the Weak 12 conference) has played 9 and 16 seed teams. They had to go overtime to beat the 9.
I just am not a believer in Dook. They are soft and crybabies. Their record has been inflated by ACC officiating. This game is a toss up for me. I will go with Houston because Dook's path was so easy.

NCSU versus Marquette
NCSU has played 6 and a 14 seeded teams. The 6 seed Texas Tech was one of many Weak 12 teams bounced in the first round. State barely won against Oakland (a poor coaching job).
Marquette played in the Big East which has shown to be underrated in Tournament play. They beat 10 and 14 seeded teams. The 10 seed (Colorado) got hot and is out of the underrated Pac 12.
I see Marquette ending State's miracle run. We are going to see a typical result of a 2 seed meeting a 9.
