So I went through the entire thread, and counted up all the votes. As TI's resident fat boi who eats hot dogs like its my job, I thought I would do this service for the rest of TI. For the most part, if someone didn't claim it was the best in SC, I didn't count it as a vote. Also..... apparently the best Hot Dog in SC is at Skins (though I've never had it, I'm a Jack's Cosmic dogs or Skoogies guy myself), with Holmes in Spartanburg coming in 2nd and Skoogies in Mt.
