Vegas now has the FSU win total as 5.5. All those highly ranked transfers (looking at you Marvin Jones Jr) are showing why UGA and other teams encouraged them into the portal. Notre Dame once again has a mediocre quarterback throwing to a receiving corps led by Collins. NCSU's great portal class is almost underwhelming as FSU's.
