I’m fine with being pro-Russia.
I worked with Russians daily for years and by all means they were good people.
Vladi is not a good person. But neither was Joe Biden. And our government has done a lot of bad things as has Russias. I don’t buy into our purity making us better. We are better because we stand for economic power and defend freedom.
We killed million in the Middle East under false pretenses.
So I don’t mind saying it.
I would rather fund that than the stuff USAID was funding.

This is where I'll reiterate that I am pro finding the actual waste, renegotiating contracts that are clear either waste or a manipulation (basically fraud that went through approvals; the stereotypical $100 hammer or whatever). I wish they would quit playing so much political football with stuff, but am more than game of finding ways to slim down, and actually prosecuting actual fraud.

That's exactly what zelensky did by coming over in bad faith to make demands instead of sigining the deal that he was coming over to sign wearing the suit that he was asked to wear. Big middle finger and started making demands. So he got left laying in the road for a while so he could think things over.

He is still 100% free to tell us that he doesn't need any help from us and that we no longer need to stop traffic for him.

I'm tired of the framing that Russia bad. Hillary Clinton tried a reset and then failed miserably. So, she then created the Russsia, Russsia, Russia, hoax which democrats are still embarrassed that they fell for and are still coming to terms with.

Having worked with Russian people for years, I don't think they are bad people. I found them to be honest, hard working people that wanted to put food on the table just like i did.
And the world changes. Our friends from WWII, WHICH INCLUDES RUSSIA, have values that are quickly diverging from those that we fought alongside them for. We fought beside them for freedom, which is no longer at the forefront of their ideals. They put people in jail for their speech. They have tremendously high taxes and they have large entitlements, many of which comes at the American taxpayers expense.
So, the world changes is your answer.

The investment in NATO collapsed communism. It helped to end the cold war. We were able to sign treaties that denuclearized Ukraine. We were able to expand free markets. We've built trillions in our GDP due to this. But because Trump says it's a bad deal, you think it is.

I've been arguing with these dolts for years that if they want to enforce free speech on the internet, they would have to make it a public utility. They seem to not understand that private companies can design their user agreements and enforce content control HOWEVER THEY CHOSE.
