Nothing excites me more than getting a new position coach these days. We are a few pieces away from being elite again and getting rid of Hall and Austin are 2 major steps. If the new OL coach can make something out of the guys that are here and we can pick up a couple DEs we will be in business. Assuming Cade makes a big jump.
I think Dabo learned some lessons and we have all learned he will do whatever he thinks is best even if he means making hard decisions.
I hate those guys lost their jobs it stinks and is a terrible spot to be in. I lost a job back in 2010 but I was making $30k with no kids so it wasn't the end of the world but it made for some tough times. These guys have families but atleast they have been making $400k+
