Today is at the day to buy your tesla to support our country and Elon Musk.

As many already know, Telsa makes the best car for the price on the road. It is the cheapest car to buy and the cheapest car to operate. A gas car has about 2000 moving parts while a Tesla has around 100. Much less to go wrong.

The acceleration is electric cars is crazy. It will flat out put you in the back of your seat. No gears, so no gear changing. Just straight power.

The car drives itself. For $100 a month your car will drive itself. And it gets updated every week or two. Im talking you can get in your car and not touch the wheel until you arrive at your destination. No touching the accelerator, no changing lanes, no brakes. If the camera wasnt watching you to make sure you are alert, you could take a nap.

It is crazy how human like the car drives. So smooth.

All for cheaper to buy and operate than what you are currently driving.

Guess i'll have to buy my 3rd one today.

Tesla is the #1 most American made car out there. More American parts than any other car. Many Tesla line workers are millionaires. Tesla has the highest brand loyalty of any car, by far. Those who buy a Tesla say they will buy Teslas in the future.

So because Elon decided he wanted to F**k around, his shareholders are in the "finding out" stage.

Sorry you are losing your ass on those stocks. Maybe he should focus on running his companies, instead of attempting to do a job he wasn't elected to do, in systems he doesn't understand.

The level of bootlicking going on is pretty embarrassing.

Hey remember when I told you a year ago he was a joke and a fraud? Well before all this Trump alliances and such..? I member

LOL, so it's now illegal to not buy a Tesla? How democratic! Screw Elon, he's reaping what he's sown!

Even Grok recognizes that Elon doesn't display loyalty to our values.

Yeah, for such a staunch supporter of free speech, he sure does hate it when he disagrees with it.
The irony is the "radical left lunatics" who bought his cars were the main reason Tesla became so successful and now he spends half his time lying and trashing Democrats across all media platforms, but now he blames our "illegal boycott" as Trump frames it, as the reason his stock has tanked? He obviously doesn't value us as consumers so cry me a damn river!

Pretty damn true. The amount of Teslas I saw in Southern California in January was mind blowing.

Musk went crazy after his kid went trans and Covid shut down his factory. His long time friend Brian Greene described how Musk lost a bet with him that Covid would not infect 30k people in USA. Greene messaged him when 30k people died of it in the US and asked if he was ready to pay the bet to the charity of his choice. Musk never responded and started dragging him publically.
He is in a mental health spiral.

For the record my cost basis is around $175 a share and i doubled my share count at $230/ share yesterday. So we will call it $205 a share now.

Not financial advice, but in my opinion you would have to be insane to sell Tesla at these levels. Unless you have a Tesla, you have no idea that the car can already drive itself and you have no idea what the implications of this will be. (Not you personally)

Tesla is not an automotive stock. Tesla is an AI company, and the leading one at that. I think JP morgan, or someone, came out with their price target this morning of ....... $800 within the year.

Other tailwinds for Tesla in the future
1) Interest Rates - People are not watching the interest rates. Lower rates = more car sales.
2) Elon Hate - will fade in the future. I can see a future where the madness takes a 180 and it's popular to buy American made Teslas.
3) American Made - Trump just passed a bill that was massively advantageous to American made cars - i.e. Tesla. Other cars are about to get hit with heavy tariffs starting April 1st

In the End, Tesla comes down to FSD. Can the car be a RoboTaxi? I am betting that YES it can be done. The reason i am so confident in this bet is that my car already drives me places by itself everyday. I see it happening with my own two eyes. It is simply amazing. It will free up so much time for productivity. You will send texts, emails, trade stocks, make appointments, do work, all while riding to take your kid to soccer.

You will send your car to the grocery store to pick up your groceries. You can send your kids to grandmas house. You can send your pet the the veterinarian. I don't think people see the time that this frees up. Time = productivity. Productivity = Dollars.

Remember when trading, buy low and sell high.

Musk promised FSD almost a decade ago. He cannot deliver it, its because of there not being enough cameras on his vehicles.... and idk where you are getting this 800 dollar price point, https://markets.businessinsider.com...eir-sell-rating-on-tesla-tsla-1033889713?op=1

The market is there for a reason, place your bets!

Not financial advice, but you can short it if you think it’s going to $135

That is what made me originally try one. They are everywhere out there.

And it was largely due to democratic policies that funded the subsidies.

Tesla was ridiculously cheap with the subsidy. It was a mispricing and people took advantage of it.

When exactly did you tell us?

Since one year ago today, Tesla has outperformed the S&P 500 benchmark by 20%. And yes this is after Tesla has sold off 45% in the last 3 months.

You are blinded by hate. Do you have an other fraudsters you recommend?

Let me get this straight. I’m supposed to have sympathy for someone who’s managed to lose over a hundred billion dollars in wealth while he maintains the exact same lifestyle that he had before?

Who knows, maybe this is all part of Elon’s master plan to get rid of his money so he can follow the teachings of Jesus. It would have been much easier for him to donate to the Gamecock NIL fund if he wanted to waste money though!

Morgan Stanley not JP Morgan. I stand corrected.

Will he give me the same payment terms he puts on his vendors? Basically don’t pay until you want to.

(EDITED: Referring to Musk here. I have some knowledge about how he manages vendors and profits off of not living up to his agreed upon payment terms)

Not upset, he can waste his money on that ugly ass monstrosity if he wants.

Honestly I think most of the Teslas are nice looking, that Cybertruck though....
I’d entertain a conversation about the Cyber Truck, but it’s a hard NO to actually purchasing one while it still looks like something Carolina Jackpot designed.

I really want to get a nice 5th Wheel camper in the near future soooooooo my next vehicle will need to be capable of towing it … which pretty much excludes any EV.

I love camping/backpacking, so hard to justify the expense of a large camper. I'll stay with the tent. I have been intrigued by a teardrop style though

The Rivian is really geared towards the outdoors and camping. They have a lot of cool features not seen on other cars.

I almost bought one but when i went to test drive it, they sent me out in one that had something wrong with it. When you hit the accelerator hard it would pull hard to the left. Thought it was pretty bad practice to send out a "broken" car for a test drive so i did not purchase one. Now their finances are so bad that i hesitate to buy one because i am not sure how long they will be around. I would short the stock based on their financial outlook. I do like their cars though. Will still consider purchasing one in the future if they get their finances turned around.

I definitely like the style and look of the rivian trucks. I'm not adverse to electric, but I have a truck and I want to see that mature a bit first. Not to mention, it's kinda nice to have my truck paid off right now and not have a payment.

Good for you! As I've said a billion times, my wife is a behavior specialist with kids and it kills her when parents are addicting their kids with Screens.

She loves it when we see kids in the woods running and playing. That's what they want to do and where they want to be.

We saw some kids Saturday at Strawberry Gap, they warned us to watch for the zombies behind them, they were having the best time.
