Total illegal migrants crossing border under Biden greater than population of 23 U.S. states

This is factually incorrect fear-mongering. We do not have an open border and the election wasn't stolen. Biden has done a poor job of pushing back against the rhetoric but the border is as strictly enforced as it's ever been.

"Rebecca Hamlin, who studies immigration politics as a professor with the University of Massachusetts Amherst and wrote a book on the labeling of migrants, told Newsweek that the political usage of the term "open border" does not reflect reality, saying the Biden administration's policies are relatively restrictive compared to past presidential administrations.

"I've been studying immigration politics for now 20 years, and I haven't seen such a mismatch between the accusations of one party and the policies of the other which are actually not close to open and probably stricter than what we've seen in a long time," Hamlin said.

The Biden administration has received consistent backlash from immigrant rights groups for leaving the Title 42 public health order in place that restricts the channels through which migrants can seek asylum. Furthermore, 2021 saw the U.S. admit the lowest number of refugees it has seen since 1980, with just over 11,400 being allowed into the country.

Libertarian think tank Cato Institute has taken note of this, publishing a September article titled Biden's Border Policy Is Not 'Open Borders,' where it noted that "
Biden's policies and goals are largely the same as those of President Donald Trump."

Yep. There is so much misinformation and political theater coming from the right.

To be fair though, there have been a few things Biden changed from Trump's time that have encouraged more crossings:
- he would not let title 42 instantly deport unaccompanied minors. Think about that. Trumpublicans are pro sending unaccompanied children off to be trafficked, raped, etc.
- he stopped family separations and reunited hundreds of kids with their families that were separated under Trump. What a scumbag!

The dems have a messaging problem, but honestly, they always have. Dem voters tend to look for more substance in their politicians. Trump just got up and kept repeating "MAGA, WALL, JOBS"! That was all Replublicans needed to hear. It was love at first sight.

True all but I don't think that reflects a lack of enforcement, just a more humane policy.

Unfortunately you're right about Dem voters needing more than a three word slogan to drive their messaging. It would be so easy if we could just dumb it down like the Republicans do:

STOP THE STEAL
LOCK HER UP
BUILD THE WALL
SEND THEM BACK
HANG MIKE PENCE

OOF

He recommended shooting migrants. That includes women and children. But you know what? Let's assume he meant to only shoot dudes. That is still f'd up and batshit crazy. What would Jesus do?
Jesus would tell the people trying to come across the border illegally that it was against the law and not to do it. That is what Jesus would do.

eh ... not so sure about that. Jesus was quite clear on the treatment of foreigners and preached to follow the law of Moses....

"Do not take advantage of foreigners who live amongst you in your land. Treat them like native-born Israelites and love them as you love yourself" Leviticus 19: 33-34

and ya .... Jesus certainly reference law and order (give unto Caesar that is Caesar's) BUT ..... more importantly

"Yet we know that a person is made right with God by faith in Jesus Christ, NOT by obeying the Law. And we have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we may be made right with God because of our faith in Christ, NOT because we have obeyed the law. For NO ONE will ever be made right with God by obeying the law" Galatians 2: 16

Again, not all of those people are committing an illegal act. Requesting asylum at the border is not illegal.

But, more importantly... you think Jesus always followed laws?

John 8:1-11

4 ‘Teacher,’ they said to him. ‘This woman was caught in the very act of adultery. 5 In the law, Moses commanded us to stone people like this. What do you say?’

6 They said this to test him, so that they could frame a charge against him.

Jesus squatted down and wrote with his finger on the ground. 7 When they went on pressing the question, he got up and said to them, ‘Whichever of you is without sin should throw the first stone at her.’

8 And once again he squatted down and wrote on the ground.

9 When they heard that, they went off one by one, beginning with the oldest. Jesus was left alone, with the woman still standing there.

10 Jesus looked up.

‘Where are they, woman?’ he asked. ‘Hasn’t anybody condemned you?’

11 ‘Nobody, sir,’ she replied.

‘Well, then,’ said Jesus, ‘I don’t condemn you either! Off you go – and from now on don’t sin again!’

Thank you for proving my point. Just like Jesus told her not to sin again, he would tell you not to break the law.

While what you have posted is true. "the law" that is referenced is the law of the old testament, not of the government.

Romans 13:1 -
"Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. Therefore whoever resists the authorities resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment."

no.

Roman law allowed their territories to govern themselves, and if they were to have a legitimate stoning they would have had to ask a Roman official for permission firsthand. so no, it's not just a "law of the old testament"...whatever that means...it's a law of that culture and that time.

You guys are in denial. The border was under control when Trump was in office and getting better by the day. The wall should have been completed by now. With a fourth of the money that crooked Joe borrowed from China to send to Ukraine the wall would have been completed. Trump doctrine required all illegal immigrants to stay in Mexico and Trump had the Mexican Army policing the border. We are currently in a disaster of biblical proportions at the border and its costing the US taxpayers hundreds of billions per year with all the welfare they are also giving the illegals. This is the bizarre alternate reality. You guys are hypnotized. Wake up please!!!

From Romans CH 13: starting verse 1:

"Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God. Therefore whoever resists the authorities resists what God has appointed, and those who resist will incur judgment"

Just to be clear, I am not saying what "we" should do. "we" are not to judge others for sin/morality. That does not mean it is okay, it means it is not our place to judge, it is God's place to judge those who break HIS law (adultery). That is not the same as condoning the action.

He told her what she did was WRONG AND NOT TO DO IT AGAIN! That is exactly what he would tell those crossing the border illegally.

If what you got from that passage is that she did nothing wrong and not that we should not judge others for their sins, you need to visit a church or Sunday school class bc you have no idea what you are talking about.

I understand that. I also understand that that particular roman law was based on Jewish law in the old testament bc as you correctly pointed out, local territories were largely free to make their own laws. In this instance, the territory was in a Jewish area and some, many in fact, were based on Jewish law in the old testament. It is these laws(from the old testament) that was referred to in that passage - not laws of the roman govt, though they were the same in that specific case of adultery.

No other way to describe it than an invasion. Biden admin is committing treason imo by aiding and abetting this operation.

In first five months of 2022 alone, more than 1 million have been encountered/apprehended entering the U.S. illegally.

President Joe Biden and his administration insist the southwest U.S. border is closed and federal immigration laws are being enforced.
But since Biden took office, more than 3 million people have been encountered/apprehended entering the U.S. illegally from over 150 countries, according to Customs and Border Patrol data. And that number doesn't include so-called "gotaways," the term used for those crossing the border illegally who evade capture.
CBP doesn't report the number of gotaways publicly, but Border Patrol agents who spoke to The Center Square said they total more than a million since Biden took office, setting the total number of border crossings at more than 4 million.
In 17 months, those entering the U.S. illegally total more than the individual populations of 23 U.S. states, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia.
Of the most populous of these 23 states, those entering illegally since Biden took office total slightly more than Oklahoma’s population of 4 million; more than Connecticut’s 3.5 million; more than Utah’s 3.3 million; more than Nevada’s 3.3. million.
In the first five months of this year alone, more than 1 million people have been encountered/apprehended entering the U.S. illegally. They total more than the individual populations of Delaware, South Dakota, North Dakota, Alaska, the District of Columbia, Vermont and Wyoming.
The number encountered/apprehended in May 2022 was 239,416, according to CBP data, a new monthly record high. That's after a previous record high in April.
In April, CBP reported 235,478 total encounters; in March, 222,239; in February, 165,902; in January, 154,816.
The last two months alone equals roughly the size of the population of Wyoming being encountered entering the U.S. illegally.
The majority of them have been released into the U.S., including a record number of unaccompanied minors. This is in addition to another estimated more than 1 million got-aways, those who’ve made their way into the U.S. evading capture.
Those in law enforcement have expressed concerns to The Center Square that the got-aways are the ones who keep them up at night. Those evading capture, not surrendering to Border Patrol requesting asylum or making other immigration claims are more likely those with criminal records and don’t want to be caught, they say.
Images captured by private land owner’s critter cams, hidden cameras, and drone footage of mostly single military age men walking across their property at night at the southern border in Texas, regularly shared with The Center Square, show many wearing camouflage, carrying backpacks and other gear.
Law enforcement officers say they don’t know who they are, where they are now, or really how many there are in the U.S.
They’re purposely turning our country into a 3rd world country

Have you ever read my stuff on here about the NWO & what’s right around the corner?
Yes I have my brother. I am very worried about whats coming in the next few years. Even without scripture which I believe in its very easy to see that a lot of bad stuff is on the way. I hope you are wrong, but I think what you are saying could easily happen in the near future. Its impossible to rule it out with whats already happened in the last 20 years.
