Because Trump may do exactly what he did! This is why they really fear Trump.

“Think about what four years of a retribution presidency might look like. He could order the investigation and prosecution of individuals who he sees as enemies, I’m sure I’m on the enemies list, because the president, constitutionally, does oversee the Executive Branch entirely, which includes the Department of Justice, prosecutors and investigators. So he could commission direct that individuals be pursued. He could also direct all kinds of other conduct that people would maybe taken to courts to try to stop but who enforces court orders? Mostly of the United States Marshal Service, which is in part of the Executive Branch, and reports to the president,” Comey said, before warning Trump would “destroy” the country.

Some may call it revenge others might call it accountability.

He should absolutely go after those who perpetrated the fraud against him.

Lets not forget Comey signed a FISA warrant, that he knew was false, on more than one occasion.
Which fraud are you referring to???

Normal people have zero pity for Trump and couldn't care less about his retribution campaign. He's otherwise gotten away with murder and the bill needs to come due. Just a reminder that Durham came up with nothing of substance but you are willfully ignoring that in your thirst to exact revenge against his "perceived" enemies.

His perceived enemies list is rather extensive.

What are your thoughts on the 30+ other former direct reports of trump - all conservative, all hired, and at one point praised by trump - who have also come out and said that a second term for him would be an outright disaster for our country and our democracy?

I think that the way Trump was treated was an outright disaster for our country and democracy. They lied, cheated and used the full force of the Government to try to prevent him from governing. Not OK.

The part you continue to ignore is that he brought it on himself. He is not Snow White no matter how many fairy tales you tell yourself.

If he wasn't such a jerk he'd still be prez. But he can't keep his mouth shut and avoid all the insults he hands out.

That is not an answer to the question. Lets try another question...

If you were going to hire someone, and you spoke to 30+ of his former direct reports and they all said hiring him would be a disaster for your business, would you hire that person?

Would you say, "this is all just conspiracy against this guy. He is telling the truth, the other 30 people are lying!"

Be honest.

Of course he would. In fact, that's literally what he keeps doing. Poor Trump was done wrong by all of these people THAT HE HIRED, who now we find out were out to get him.

None of them will address the fact that he is either the single worst hiring Manager of all time, or he's a complete disaster to work for. It's got to be one or the other.

It boils down to the fact that if you were hired by him you were expected to be a "yes person" and if not you were out the door and his insults would begin.

It’s really terrifying to me that there are people in this country who vote that are a-ok with the idea that a President would use the executive branch to prosecute his political rivals that he seems weren’t loyal enough to him. That is literally authoritarianism.

It is even darker than that, though. These people spoke of having to convince him not to do terrible things. Their fear is that in a second term, with reelection off the table, he will do them anyway.

After he got the moniker "bunker boy" for hiding in his bunker like a coward during a BLM protest, he was so enraged that he wanted to deploy an Airborne division against the protesters. This guy's ego is so fragile, there is not telling what damage he will inflict.

Yet you vote for the people who actually, not hypothetically, ran a coup on the presidency.

You are worried about a hypothetical but not reality. Makes perfect sense. Orange man (could be) bad!
He already did instigate a violent coup because he's worse than bad and you don't care. You need Jeezus

Lets not forget both Biden and Obama, recent docs and testimony, knew and approved of "Crossfire Hurricane". They also knew it wasnt true. Which means they were directly involved in a coup plot.
I was referring to the twitter post. Biden or any president for that matter, doesn't have the ability to prosecute anyone. That's all on the AG

Are you talking about peacefully and patriotically?
Are we talking about words he didn't mean? Words that he forgot for 3.5 hours while he watched on tv as his mob violently broke into the Capitol and injured 150 officers, including one who died that day. Over a F***ING LIE.

Screw you and your pathetic attempt to whitewash his sedition.
