She gave the example of a lawyer defending a murderer going in and telling the prosecution that "yeah he did it". Lawyers defend their cases (whether they are right or wrong) to the extreme....that is why ALL criminals get a defense lawyer to MAKE the prosecution prove their case.

What am I sharing proof of? I don't know this man and he very well may be the MS-13 Al Capone. I truly don't know. But I know that I want the government, Trump or Biden's administration, to have to prove a crime before they deport someone here legally without a criminal record. I don't want the government, again any administration, to be able to deport someone without due process and I truly don't understand how that is even controversial unless someone just wants to support every single thing the administration does at all times. You can support their aggressive deportation policies, border policies, etc and just say, it is possible they got this one wrong and they should make it right. Not being able to ever admit fault is just wild to me.
