Major German newspaper Der Spiegel has found the private phone numbers, passwords, emails, etc for Hegseth, Waltz, Gabbard, and others available online. This is another major security breach. Foreign intelligence agents can use this data to basically hack into their communications.

It shows that Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth provided the exact times of warplane launches and when bombs would drop — before the men and women flying those attacks against Yemen's Houthis this month onapnews.com
Article, interestingly, points out that the CJCS was not included in the chat. Too many reasons to speculate why. But it just seems natural they would be included.
The CJCS would be in the know regardless of being in the group chat. I would assume this is where Hegseth was getting his info to begin with…
Another interesting aspect of this is that executive branch conversations are supposed to be archived. They probably do not consider Signal something they need to provide to the archives. It is a way for them to coordinate and do many things without repurcussions.
I assume they are using Signal extensively to communicate classified information using this example.
Plus given that U.S. envoy Witkoff was in the chat group and located in Moscow…you can assume that Russia has compromised Signal and reading everything.

He will win the vast majority of these injunction challenges when they make it to scotus. This is just the resistance. They are not using constitutionality as a determining factor in issuing the injunctions imo.

Do you understand that these judges are issuing injunctions on purpose because they know that if they slow down the president in the first six months of his administration that will set the tone for the remaining part of it?
They are issuing injunctions before they have even heard the merits of the case. An injunction should only ever be considered if monetary damages will not make a plaintiff whole.
There are so few instances where monetary damages will not make a plaintiff whole.
These judges know that an injunction is considered an extraordinary remedy, one that should be used in only very specific cases. It’s not to be used to stop the policy of a duly elected president because your team lost.
These judges also know that it could take months if not years to get a case up before the Supreme Court.
So if you think that what this does is only hurt Donald Trump, you don’t understand that the people they’re really hurting are the voters who think they can vote for their choice of president and not be overridden by a bunch of unelected ideologues.
These courts are holding President Trump’s agenda hostage because their team lost.
And if this is the freaking precedent they want to set, Republican judges better be ready to do the same thing if the Democrats should ever win again. I say that knowing damn well that Republican judges will never issue blanket injunctions to stop the other side.
And that is a difference. And that is why it feels like we are always losing because we are never playing by the same rules.
