This will be our running list of something “organizational conflicts of interest” or OCI. Here’s an example of what an OCI issue looks like.
If my company has a contract where it monitors cybersecurity and then a new contract comes out for bid that covers cybersecurity, for OCI reasons, I can’t go after that contract because I probably inside information.
So, let’s see our first example.
Supposedly, FAA officials instructed the organization to find $2.4B to give a communications contract to Starlink. A Musk company. Given that Musk was given access to FAA systems…OCI issue.
