I think it’s a stupid idea. If we’re going to have income taxes, everyone should pay their fair share.

I also think it sets up a major problem down the road. Once you remove taxes on 90% of the country, you will never be able to go back and tax them. That means when we need more revenue, an even larger and more punitive tax will be levied on the other 10%.
